Eligibility for Returns:

Time Frame: You have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at apexstore1525@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defected items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at apexstore1525@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received the refund yet.
